Interview Practice – 5 Rounds


Round 1 – Introduction Round


Interviewer: “Good morning. Please introduce yourself.”


You: “Good morning sir/madam.

My name is _______ . I am from Delhi. I am a student. I am hardworking, disciplined, and eager to learn new things. I like improving my communication skills and knowledge.”


Interviewer: “Tell me about your family.”


You: “There are ___ members in my family. My family always supports and motivates me.”


Interviewer: “What are your hobbies?”

You: “My hobbies are listening music, travel, watching movies & learning new things.”



Round 2 – Basic Communication Round


Interviewer: “Why do you want this job?”


You: “I want this job to gain experience, improve my skills, and build my career.”


Interviewer: “What are your strengths?”

You: “My strengths are honesty, confidence, discipline, and quick learning.”


Interviewer: “What is your weakness?”

You: “Sometimes I become nervous in new situations, but I am improving my confidence every day.”



Round 3 – Situation Round


Interviewer: “What will you do if you make a mistake?”


You: “I will accept my mistake, learn from it, and try not to repeat it.”


Interviewer: “What will you do if a customer is angry?”


You: “I will listen calmly, speak politely, and try to solve the problem.”


Interviewer: “Can you work in a team?”

You: “Yes sir/madam. I like teamwork and I respect everyone’s ideas.”


Round 4 – Confidence Round


Interviewer: “Why should we hire you?”


You: “Because I am hardworking, sincere, and ready to learn. I will always give my best.”


Interviewer: “Where do you see yourself after 5 years?”


You: “I see myself in a good position with more experience and skills.”


Interviewer: “What makes you different from others?”


You: “I am dedicated, disciplined, and I never stop learning.”


Round 5 – Final HR Round


Interviewer: “Are you comfortable learning new things?”


You: “Yes sir/madam. I enjoy learning and improving myself.”


Interviewer: “Do you have any questions for us?”


You: “Yes sir/madam.

What skills should I improve to grow in this company?”



Interviewer: “Thank you for coming.”

You: “Thank you sir/madam.
